Oran Muduroglu CEO
Oran Muduroglu joined Medicalis in January 2010 as Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him over 20 years of healthcare industry experience.
A recognized leader in healthcare technology, Oran is successful at building solutions that improve the quality of, and access to healthcare information. Prior to joining Medicalis, Oran was the CEO of Health Informatics at Philips Medical Systems, where he was responsible for the horizontal clinical applications. In 1988, he co-founded and became CEO of Stentor, which was acquired by Philips in 2005. At Stentor, Oran helped redefine PACS based on a service and delivery model. In the early 1990s, he served as vice president of sales and marketing at Cemax, an early pioneer in image management and advanced visualization, and prior to that, he was a senior product manager at Toshiba Medical, where he introduced the company’s new CT scanners in the United States. Oran received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Kings College in London. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Amirsys, Vital Images and Median Technologies.
Guy Anthony CFO
Guy Anthony joined Medicalis as CFO in August 2011 bringing with him 9 years of successful startup experience on the heels of a 22 year career at Intel.
Prior to joining Medicalis, Guy served as CFO at Solaicx, a venture funded solar materials startup that was acquired by MEMC Electronic Materials. Prior to Solaicx, Mr. Anthony was CFO at Quellan, a venture-funded analog semiconductor startup that was acquired by Intersil. Prior to Quellan, Mr. Anthony was CFO at Stentor, a venture-funded healthcare IT startup that was acquired by Philips. Prior to Stentor, Mr. Anthony held a number of senior financial management positions during a 22 year career at Intel. At Intel during the 1990's, Mr. Anthony held key positions as Group Controller for Microprocessors and Assistant Treasurer for Intel Capital. During the 1980's he gained broad financial management experience in manufacturing and sales in locations ranging from Albuquerque to Hong Kong. Mr. Anthony holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Albion College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Jim Boyle COO
Jim Boyle joined Medicalis as COO in September 2011, bringing with him over 30 years of IT operations experience.
Before joining Medicalis, Jim Boyle served as Chief Operating Officer for Stentor, a world leader in medical image and information management, and was subsequently acquired by Phillips Medical. Before joining Stentor, he served as a senior level executive at Perot Systems, where he developed and delivered critical innovative data solution services. While at Perot, Boyle was also on special assignment serving as Chief Executive Officer for Siemens Business Services in Munich, Germany, a $600 million company that grew into a $2 billion per year company. Prior to this, Boyle was a senior level executive at EDS / Perot Systems, a leading global services company, where he managed successful application software initiatives for the North American healthcare industry.
John Delong Product Management
John Delong joined Medicalis in 2004 as Vice President of Clinical Content and Product Management. He brings over 15 years of experience in the medical software industry, with a focus on technology strategy and product marketing in competitive technology environments.
Prior to joining Medicalis, John held various customer support, sales, marketing and management positions with Mitra Imaging in Waterloo, Ontario, a leading radiology integration and solutions provider for OEMs on a worldwide basis. While at Mitra, John was responsible for expanding Mitra from North American markets into Europe, Asia and Australia by establishing corporate sales and support offices in Holland, Denmark and Australia. John received a Bachelor of Science from the Guelph University, and he also earned a Diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. John is a trained Radiation Technologist receiving his Diploma in Health Radiation Sciences from Mohawk College.
Greg Masek Sales
Greg joined Medicalis in August 2010 as Vice President of Sales. He brings with him more than 30 years of medical capital equipment and information systems sales experience.
Before to joining Medicalis, Greg was the national sales director of cardiology IT at Philips Healthcare Informatics. Greg also held the positions of National Director of customer operations, national director of strategic accounts and zone and regional business manager while at Philips. Prior to this, Greg was national director of digital solutions for Kodak Health Imaging, where he had sales responsibility for $100 million in annual revenue for the Kodak digital portfolio of products. Greg was also vice president of sales for Cemax-Icon, where he managed a 55 percent revenue increase to $38 million from the previous year while he played an integral role in integrating the two IT sales teams (Kodak and Cemax), and re-engineering the sales process. Greg has also held senior level sales positions at Acuson Corporation, Polaroid Corporation, Image PSL, Loredan Biomedical Inc., Future Med. Inc., American Heartline Inc., Advanced Med/American Edwards Labs and Physio Control. Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota, after serving in the United States Army and Military Police.
Derek MacNeil Engineering
Derek MacNeil joined Medicalis in 2003. He brings over 15 years of IT experience in healthcare informatics, radiology PACS, large public eCommerce and financial industries with a specialized focus on data architecture, application optimization and infrastructure design.
Prior to joining Medicalis, Derek held various Team Lead and Technical lead positions with Agfa HealthCare Informatics, Cyberplex and Assante Wealth Management. Derek has an honors Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada.
