Current Positions
Support Analyst
As a Support Analyst, you will provide technical assistance and advice to end users and administrators. You will interpret problems and provide support for our software applications.
Skill Set:
- Service oriented phone manner; excellent communication skills
- Advanced problem solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of Internet technologies
- Solid understanding of both hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of full product development life cycle
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiar with programming, database design, HTML/XHTML, JAVA, JavaScript and ASP
Specifically, you will:
- Diagnose and resolve client system configuration issues
- Provide first and second level support for problem determination
- Perform new installations and upgrades of hardware and software
- Develop, design and propose solutions to meet technological needs for users
- Log all support calls in an accurate and timely manner
- Escalate problems where appropriate
- Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and ensure an optimal level of servicing
- Develop support documents, FAQ's and Knowledge Base Articles
- Perform special projects as required
- Handle 24/7 on-call support on a rotational schedule
Experience and Attributes
You have 2 years experience supporting customers in a technical environment. Familiarity with health care systems (specifically radiology) is a definite advantage. You are goal oriented, results driven, and analytical in nature. You are proactive in nature and have the ability to deliver in high pressure situations.
Java Software Developer
As a Software Developer, you are responsible for the development of our core products. This includes contributing to architecture and design, coding and unit testing, as well as responding to and resolving support and deployment issues when engaged by Customer Support.

Specifically, you will:
- Review commercial requirements and contribute to technical requirements.
- Create software development technical specifications, design documents, and unit tests.

- Work with internal, partner, and client teams to resolve integration, deployment, and product support issues.
Experience and Attributes
You have 3 years experience in software product development, outstanding drive and ownership, and excellent interpersonal skills.· You have demonstrated a strong working knowledge of software and product development in a team environment, including code management and documentation.· You are looking to grow in your technical skills and contribute to improving healthcare.
QA & Software Verification Specialist
As a member of the QA & Customer Operations group, the Software Verification Specialist is responsible for the quality of our core products. This includes creating test strategies, executing test plans, and working with various testing tools.

- Software test design
- Regression analysis
- Performance & scalability
- SQA best practices
Specifically you will:
- Review project requirements and ensure an appropriate test strategy is mapped out.
- Create tasks, estimate timelines and resources for software verification for a given project.
- Review software development technical specifications, design documents, and unit test plans.
- Develop test plans to cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Meticulously create and maintain relevant documentation.
- Create and execute software verification test cases.
Experience and Attributes
You have at least 3 years experience in software verification of Web-based and enterprise integration products in healthcare, sciences, or general IT. Your excellent understanding of software product development and quality assurance processes plus your well developed ability to rapidly troubleshoot and triage issues will allow you to become a key part of our Quality Assurance and Customer Operations team.
Integration / API Specialist
As an Integration Specialist, you will work with customers and partners to help develop integrated enterprise class solutions.·· You will also assist with quality assurance testing and validation activities related to integration products and APIs.

- Provide integration services with customer HL7 and XML messages
